2013 Nominations form the Allentown Human Relations Commission‏

Reminder,

 

·         Nominate someone that you feel has done outstanding work towards furthering civil rights efforts.

·         The 2013 annual celebration awards event will be hosted at the Barristers Club on Tuesday, October 22, 2013.

 

However we need your input as to who the awardees will be this year! So if you are aware of that deserving individual, organization and or business that has done outstanding efforts furthering civil rights efforts here in Allentown, if you know of that someone or some group fill out the attached form and return it back by email (Ismael.arcelay@allentownpa.gov or fax to 610 437-8730) by the deadline of Friday, September  20^th at 5:00 pm
