FUN FESTIVAL EVENT JUNE 1st

Greetings Gas Truthers,

   I am writing about our fun festival event in Allentown this Saturday, co-sponsored by Lehigh Valley Gas Truth, under the generous umbrella of the Alliance for Sustainable Communities - Lehigh Valley, Amber Connection with our dear friends Urszula Abolick and Dr. Barnaby Ruhe, and LVGT's own Allen Howells all co-hosting. Attached to this email are three letters: ONE to "artists"- any potential "performers" among We the People of any age who have a creative contribution from satiric to sublime concerning the value of clean water to the dangers of fracking our aquifers;

ONE to school personnel or teachers who may know any students who want to participate creatively AND/OR as "press corps" <----ANYONE who can record video or pictures on their mobile phone, camera, or iPad and get it onto YouTube, post to social media, or text to friends. We hope that people will do BOTH! Have your own ONE MINUTE and then "report" on everyone else!

And ONE to any businesses who recognize and honor our dependence as a community upon clean water supplies enough to make a tax-deductible charitable contribution to defray the expenses of our permit, band shell rental, and electric-- donations of ALL sizes welcomed!

PLEASE- if you know potential performers, people who work with students, or business people who may be interested in supporting THIS WEEKEND, PLEASE forward an appropriate letter to them and ask them to contact me: Julie Edgar 484.557.4182. Meeting: We are having a very IMPORTANT physical meeting of LVGT- special session due to multiple conflicts- Wednesday 5 June 7-8:30PM at the UU Church Bethlehem, 424 Center Street Room 304.

We will be organizing the final push for getting MAXIMUM attendance at our GASLAND screening on Monday 17 June 6:30PM -- MARK YOUR CALENDARS!-- at Broughal Middle School on the South Side of Bethlehem. 

THIS IS HUGE, JOSH FOX WILL BE THERE. ONLY 20 cities in USA get this grassroots screening opportunity-- WOW!!!!!
