Need you to protect your air this Tuesday...‏

Give a little time on Election Day to protect Allentown's air from incinerators!

Can you petition at a polling place* for a few hours this Tuesday, Nov 5th?

We're trying again with a re-designed Allentown Clean Air Ordinance**, and need to collect 2,000 signatures (again) to get it on the ballot next year.

The easiest way BY FAR is to ask voters as they exit their polling place* to sign our petition.  If 50 people volunteer for 3 hours each, we would get ALL of our signatures in ONE DAY!

At most polls*, the busiest times are 7-9am (before work) and 4-8pm (after work).

PLEASE REPLY with this info:

Your name & phone number
What hours can you petition on Tuesday?
What part of town (or which polling place*) is easiest for you to get to at those times?

*List of Allentown's 47 polling places (bold means highest turnout, thus higher priority):

**Read the Clean Air Ordinance II (only 5 pages this time!):

Petitions and flyers will be available for pick up at the Brew Works on Monday evening.  If you can't make it, let us know  (484-891-1247 orcontact@stoptheburn.org ) and we'll drop them off to you.
