Hello everyone!
We are working with Friends of the Allentown Parks - a 501 (c)(3), non-profit organization, once again this year on the second annual event to raise money for Allentown's first dog park. This years' event is Woofstock and will be held September 7th (raindate of September 8th). I am reaching out to you for help.
We are currently accepting donations for a Chinese auction, a silent auction (items over $200), advertising space in the program book and/or sponsorship (including sponsorship for the Grooviest Dog contest, the Pet and Parent Look-A-Like Contest and the Bel Bijoux Fashion Show). Interest in donating, advertising or sponsoring is across the board and does not have to be canine-related.
Petco and Chaar are our major sponsors at this time. Please consider helping and attending! I've attached our schedule thus far and also those that have made commitments to attend. Please note that we need payment for advertising space by July 12th. Last year's event was incredibly successful and we expect this year attendance to triple over last year. Notice of the event has already been sent to 10,000 households via the Adventure Allentown publication.
