Emmaus Arts Commission Debuts New Strings Camp for Kids

 

Everyone Invited to the FREE Concert on Friday, August 9th at the Arts Pavilion, Emmaus Community Park

It will be a week full of music and fun as the EAC hosts its first annual children’s music camp this week. The camp will last Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. until noon, and is for fourth through eighth graders.
Pre-registration for the camp was open to string students who have had at least one year of string lessons and have completed grades 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8. Students will experience orchestra rehearsals, sectionals with other violinist, violist, cellist, and bassists, master classes, and demonstrations in chamber, jazz and fiddle music.
Join us as students from the Strings Camp will present a FREE concert on Friday, August 9th at 12:00 p.m. in the Arts Pavilion at Emmaus Community Park.
