Bill 42 EMS                                                                             
Amending the 2013 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Thirteen thousand three hundred eighty seven dollars and 50 cents ($13,387.50) from the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs.

Bill 43 Injury Prevention                                                                     
Amending the 2013 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Nineteen Thousand, Nine Hundred and Thirty-Five ($19,935) Dollars from Pennsylvania Department of Health, Division of Health Risk Reduction to the Health Bureau’s Injury Prevention Program budget.

Bill 46 Health Lead Hazard Control Grant Roll-Over                            
Amending the 2013 General Fund Budget to provide for a roll-over of Five Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Three Dollars and Eighteen Cents ($5,733.18) of unexpended funds (01/01/2012 to 12/31/2012) from the Pennsylvania Department of Health Lead Hazard Control Grant.

Bill 47 Transfer of Funds                                 
An Ordinance Transferring monies for the Water and Sewer Fund and making necessary appropriations for and transfer into the General Fund Programs and Positions that are now part of the General Fund

Amends Part 9, Streets, Utilities and Public Services Codes, by creating uniform standards for street repairs and recovery of costs

Bill 49 Interfund Transfer Appropriation           Refer to Committee of the Whole, 6 PM, October 24
Amending the 2013 Water Fund and Sewer Fund – recognizing the receipt of funds from the Water Sewer Lease Concession transaction and placing the funds - $114,710,204.49 and $67,369,485.18 – into Interfund Transfer Accounts of the Water and Sewer Funds
