United Youth Party...‏

Hello,
My name is Mike Frassetto.  I am the middle school social studies teacher at the Roberto Clemente Charter School.
Students at the school started a group called the united youth party 3 years ago.  the mission of the group is to empower the voice of the youth and get involved in the city to improve it.  The members of the group, which have grown from 7 the first year to over 40 interested this year, has been successful in every project they tried.  The last project was an event with a budget of over $10,000 and they came out even at the end.  Over 400 people attended.  The Mayor, 69 news, the morning call, and many other local leaders came out and supported.  Everything the group does is done professionally and they manage all aspects of every project they do.  You can check out their website unitedyouthparty.org for more information.
Our next project is on October 25th.  It is an event to promote getting the youth involved in positive activities in the city and getting them to understand that they do have a voice that people will listen to.  Our next event after that will be in April.  It is called "Beautify the Blocks".  We will be making large flower boxes and designing them with mosaics.  These will be placed on the porches of 40 residential properties on front street.  We will do a trash pick up and grill for the citizens and provide beverages too.
To do this we need support.  Will you please forward this to anybody you may know who may be interested in helping us achieve our goals. Thank you for your time, consideration, and effort.
